Reserve Your Seat TodayFresno, Calif. -- DPS Telecom, a leading developer of network alarm monitoring solutions, announced today that it will be holding the inaugural T/Mon Users Group meeting at DPS headquarters this November.
The Users Group was conceived as a part of the DPS commitment to continuous product innovation and superior client service. By inviting clients to share their ideas, DPS hopes to better serve their clients' changing monitoring needs. "The T/Mon NOC is an incredibly powerful and functional alarm master," said DPS Telecom President Eric Storm. "However, we want to adapt the platform to meet our clients' future monitoring needs to keep them a step ahead of their uptime requirements."
On November 15th and 16th, clients are invited to participate in the T/Mon Users Group at DPS headquarters in Fresno, California. Those who attend will meet with DPS engineers to share their ideas and help shape the future of the powerful T/Mon monitoring platform.
At the conclusion of the Users Group meeting, all attendees will have an opportunity to vote on the top features they would like to see added to their alarm master. With a significant percentage of DPS engineering resources dedicated to implementing client-suggested features, T/Mon users will see their ideas become a reality in future T/Mon updates.
The meeting will also allow DPS clients to strategically align their monitoring plans with T/Mon's future direction. This will allow them to take full advantage of the latest monitoring technology within their own networks. They'll get to see the DPS innovation roadmap firsthand during hands-on work sessions with the newest DPS products, such as the new T/Mon GFX graphical user interface.
In addition to developing strategic plans for the future of T/Mon, clients will have the opportunity to share their monitoring best practices with other T/Mon supervisors and power-users. This will help anyone attending the session learn how to do their job better using the many applications of T/Mon. Users Group members will also have the opportunity to tour the factory where T/Mon is built and watch the DPS production team in action as they work on the latest monitoring gear.
"We expect the Users Group to be extremely beneficial to all who attend," said Storm. "Some of our best enhancements have come from client ideas, so we're very excited about working with our T/Mon users on this forthcoming update."
