Monitor vents from your HVAC unit to confirm air is flowing and that it's at the correct temperature. It also auto-calibrates when you replace your air filter and using a configurable alarm threshold it can indicate when filter replacement is needed.
The D-Wire Temperature & Air Flow is a sensor that connects to your NetGuardian RTU to give it the capacity of HVAC monitoring. With this sensor, you can keep an eye on the vents from your HVAC unit, so you can see if the air is flowing and if it is at the correct temperature as it comes back into the room.
You will use your NetGuardian's web interface to set up and configure your sensor. The D-Wire Temperature & Air Flow will auto-calibrate when you replace your air filter and using a configurable alarm threshold it can indicate when filter replacement is needed.
Also, keep in mind that, just like for any other D-wire, you can daisy-chain one or more sensors from this device.
